Daniel Sroka has been practicing law since 1989. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Business School and Wake Forest University Law School, Mr. Sroka has focused his career on business transactions and related fields. Both as a partner with one of the southeast’s preeminent law firms and later as vice president and general counsel of a publicly traded company, Mr. Sroka’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, finance and capitalization, business formation, succession planning, commercial transactions, franchising, and other areas of corporate and commercial law.
